Park Guidelines

Parking and Driving Guidelines 

 •Speed limit is 5 MPH for the entire park.

•Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles + 1 RV in each site. If vehicles and RV do not fit within the site or if there are more than 2 vehicles, the camper must utilize the overflow lots. 

oDo not park on grass.

oDo not block roadway. All vehicles need to be clear of the road to allow RVs to navigate easily through the park. Rutlader Outpost RV Park is not responsible for damages to personal vehicles blocking roadways.

Pets 
 •Immediately pick up after your pet. Doggie bags are provided in multiple locations throughout the park as well as sold inside the Outpost Store. Not picking up after your pet will impact your ability to stay in the park.
•Pets are to be leashed at all times when outside of camper. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at site. This includes but not limited to: exercise pens, kennels, cages, "clothesline" runner, chained to camper etc. See office for complete clarification, if needed.
•Pets are the owner's responsibility. Please maintain control of your pet at all times. Aggressive or excessive barking will impact your ability to stay in the park.

Additional Guidelines 
 •Check -out is 11am. Please contact office for approval of late check-out/extension of stay.
•Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
•Outdoor carpets are NOT ALLOWED on the grass.  Carpets or mats must be on gravel only.
•Parents are responsible for children's safety and actions - Rutlader Outpost RV Park is not responsible for injury/damage to property .
•All buildings are smoke- free. Please use cigarette receptacles for disposal.
•Camper shall keep and maintain the given RV site in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
•Dumpsters located in park are for personal household trash only.  Workplace trash or trash from outside the park is strictly prohibited.  Please tie bag securely. There are 3 dumpsters on the property for  your use, please do not overfill the dumpsters.
•Fires are allowed in approved self contained pits that are not directly in contact with ground/grass/table t ops.
•Fireworks are not allowed on property. Firearms are not to be discharged on park property.
•RV washes are available at your site for $10.00 fee. Please pay office prior to wash.
•Fishing is allowed on property without a license. We are a catch and release pond so please help us maintain the fish population for future fun.
•Zero Tolerance for disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, and obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior. The park reserves the right to immediate removal without refund.
•All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of our guests.  Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent. Rutlader Outpost, LLC is not responsible for damage due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, natural disasters or acts of God. Guests of the park are financially responsible for all individuals and pets at t heir site for any and all damages.
•Permanent structures are not allowed in RV sites. If you have questions, please ask before beginning installation .

 By renting a site, Camper agrees to adhere to all above stated guidelines and understands that certain actions (not limited to the above guidelines) can lead to removal from the park with no refund or approval of return stay. Rutlader Outpost, LLC reserves the right to refuse service and agrees to be forefront with communication of any changes related to the park, park guidelines, or any actions taken against Camper
